Outside of this restaurant there should be a sign that states “Welcome to Parma, the real one”. Yes, because here you can savor the real traditional food of Parma: Ham of S. Ilario with fried gnocchi, herbs tortellini, anolini and not to mention the Lambrusco! It’s not uper cheap but if you consider that with 35-40 euro is enough for a return ticket from Milan to Parma, it is not too expensive (transport prices in Italy are really, really good). This is not just a restaurant, it is a real institution that stands in the city since 1955. Whoever has been here will know: no tables, only stools and a lot of flavors.
