One of the historic premises in one of the central squares. If you want to eat typical Tuscan dishes, where the quality / price ratio does not disappoint you, Osteria Cibbè is the place to go. Between brick arches and rustic furnishings, the owner carries on his love for good food and shares it with his customers, offering a friendly and helpful service. The certainties of the menu are always accompanied by tasty dishes of the day suggested by the chef. You will never go wrong with the Tuscan mixed bruschetta; if you want to try some good land dishes, both the rocket and parmesan and the cockerel are excellent alternatives to test their meat. Surprisingly, even the seafood dishes are great; finally, keep a small space for delicious desserts.

8.TRATTORIA DA MARIO
Since 1953 it is forbidden to ask for well-cooked Fiorentina! This is written at the entrance of this symbolic trattoria of Florence. That’s all to say. At a ridiculous price (€ 35 / kg). Open only at lunch, with € 30 you will remember it all a lifetime. And every time in Florence, you will come back. Congratulations Mario!
7. TRATTORIA IL GIOGO
Restaurant open for lunch from Monday to Saturday and dinner only on Friday and Saturday. Trattoria in which you will easily fall in love with for the prices, but above all for the quality of the dishes as well as for the people who will make you feel at home. I was impressed by how this trattoria treats dogs by offering them a bowl of water. But let’s get to the point. Fish at dinner is what you want: appetizer, first and second, dessert and wine included at 20euro per person. Not bad eh. Absolutely to try the Maremma tortelli.

Ah, Luciano’s boar! The Trattoria Da Maria is the ideal location to spend pleasant evenings under the Tuscan tradition, because here excellence is at home and you will feel at home. Try all the homemade pasta (I love the tagliolini with truffles), the pig and the whole boar, the superb desserts. At a price not to be believed. Try to exceed 25 euros including wine if you can!

5. ANTICA OSTERIA L’AGANIA
Family of historical restaurateurs from Arezzo. And their kitchen is very arenitinissima. Their pici with wild boar sauce is an institution for the whole city. You will feel part of that family because the service is nice, I would say warm. The bill is also affectionate; a complete dinner, wine included will not exceed 30 euros per person. For a lot of quality.
