His culinary art revolves around simple Ligurian recipes and fresh ingredientiens, but he likes to experiment and give a special twist, that’s why the menu is so interesting. Tagliatelle with truffle or tuna tartare with burrata and capers… or Liz Taylor spaghetti – the legendary dish the famous actress would invariably oder every time she visited the hotel.
