Professional waiters will take care of your every need and the food is a journey through senses and taste, you can actually tell the enthusiasm and love of Chef Corrado Conti (and his team) for his job. His culinary art revolves around simple Ligurian recipes and fresh ingredientiens, but he likes to experiment and give a special twist, that’s why the menu is so interesting. Tagliatelle with truffle or tuna tartare with burrata and capers… or Liz Taylor spaghetti – the legendary dish the famous actress would invariably oder every time she visited the hotel. The recipe is very simple: tomato sauce (three different types of tomatoes are necessary though), EVO oil and a touch of oregano. Chapeu.
