2. FOR EACH TYPE OF INTERVIEW AN OUTFIT
You might think this is obvious, consequence of the first point, but I assure you it is not. It has happened to me to interview for a start-up for which I work, young people with a suit. Nothing more wrong. Your outfit must reflect the philosophy of the company that is interviewing you. Above all, don’t try to imitate or copy those who already have a job there. Take inspiration but show the person interviewing you who you are, that you are unique even in the way you present yourself. Example is the choice of tie, how you wear it with your shirt and your pochette will say a lot about you. Do not lie, the person sitting behind that desk always, always, always knows more than you do.
