The chef Ivano Ricchebono loves to experiment without, however, losing the concept of the product. Here Ivano essentially serves seasonal and local products. The raw materials are enhanced with unique combinations and cooking techniques that keep intact the properties of the product. The dishes are refined and elegant where the techniques used in the kitchen exalt the flavors of the ingredients. The menu is well structured and offers a wide selection of Italian specialties. To top it all there is a cellar of the highest standard and homemade beers. A dish to try? The Cappon Magro which is assembled freshly on the spot by Ivano. The particularity of this unique dish is the green sauce which is very refined but does not overwhelm the delicate flavor of the fresh fish.c
