You absolutely need to dine in Rende: the chef Michele Rizzo revisits traditional fish recipes or creates new ones exclusively employing the freshest fish from the Ionian Sea bought in Corigliano every morning. The restaurant looks refined and modern. We recommend their entreeès: raw tuna with soy and Tropea’s onions, raw prawns and bruchetta made with a slice of bread from Cerchiara and fresh tomatoes.
